So, there I was, sitting at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago with about five hours to kill, and I noticed something. You know, because I am a keen observer of people. I had that long in my layover because of a diversion to Milwaukee, then Madison, and then the arrival of Air Force One. To complicate matters (why wouldn’t they be complicated?), I arrived on an international flight. You’ll have to listen to the audio to get the annoying details. Suffice it to say I conducted a very unscientific study of who, exactly, wears the pants nowadays. At least at airports.
