Mittwoch Matinee: “The ‘B’ Side”

While at the Bouchercon crime‑writers convention in Calgary, Alberta last week, someone commented that my vlog sounds like the “B side” of my blog. The more I thought about it, the more sense it made. The vlog really is the alternate track, the off‑beat cut of the blog.

So, starting on All Saints Day, Sunday, November 1, 2026, that’s what we’re calling it: “The ‘B’ Side.” Same content, same rhythm, same improv.

In the meantime, enjoy one of the most famous B-side hits ever made, which DJs discovered only after flipping the record. Flippin record.
